After uploading, our system will verify the details and begin searching for better rates or upgrades. You'll receive notifications via email and within your Ascend account dashboard once we've found a deal. to ensure that any new rates or upgrades are correctly applied to your existing reservation. Once we find a better deal, we work directly with the hotel to adjust your booking details. We confirm the changes with the hotel and provide you with an updated booking confirmation.
